IT Risk Compliance Analysts

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and recommend strong mitigations; review processes, controls, data, and reports with respective owners.
Work on cases related to Financial Crimes / AML to identify potential risks and implement timely mitigation measures while maintaining compliance.
Conduct DPIs (Data Privacy Impact Assessments) and manage data protection for U.S. privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA) using QueTrust and ServiceNow.
Build and analyze reports for FLOD (First Line of Defense), RCSA, and other compliance functions using advanced Excel tools.
Draft PowerPoint presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies (OCC, CFPB, FDIC, FinCEN).
Conduct SOX quarterly testing using Salesforce and ITGC frameworks; document policies for security, SOX, and privacy compliance.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Commerce, plus 2 years of relevant experience.
